Leave it to TMZ to get the details of the property settlement between Deadpool star Morena Baccarin and director ex-hubby Austin Chick. It took a minute for things to finally get settled, but the deal is done. Chick, known for films XX/XY and August, gets the New York City home. And Baccarin is left with the L.A. spot, a house in her native Brazil and the 2001 Lexus. She pays him almost $4K per month in child support and he receives $5K in spousal support for a year.

Apparently, Baccarin, who also starred in Homeland, has a good amount of coin, collecting $90K per month, some of it residual income from the successful Deadpool movie and the first season of Gotham. And Chick is entitled to a portion of that cash money, money. According to TMZ, the actress agreed to fork over a hefty $406K check.

Money aside, the real issue for parents to 4-year-old Julius was who gets custody of the tiny tot. This was a major issue when this whole thing went down, which was another story TMZ broke. Initially, Chick tried to prevent his son from living with his mother in NYC but then reconciled that argument by agreeing to move to the Big Apple. Per the arrangement, either of them can bad mouth the other in front of young Julius.

Chick filed for divorce in 2015 after his wife began dating her Gotham co-star Ben McKenzie during their marriage. Baccarin and McKenzie married in 2017 and have a daughter together.
